Installation Coordinator

Your tasks

• Coordinate the machine installation with the customer; send the site preparation checklist to the customer; receive checklist; order parts for installation; communicate any delays with installation including any rescheduling needed. Confers with customers via email and phone to determine the progress of the work provided.
• Coordinate the delivery and installation of machines with the Sales Department and Distributors. Define the priority of the installation while utilizing the most cost-effective methods and resources.
• Together with the Customer Support Center team review schedules and coordinate scheduling of field service personnel, as follows:
• To facilitate the efficient installation or de-installation of machines and equipment at the customer site.
• For routine service calls and preventative maintenance calls at the customer site.
• Promote Success Package with Customers during installation set up.
• Contact customers to follow up on machine installations.
• Perform additional tasks as may be requested by the EDM Manager, Order Processing Supervisor, EDM Supervisors, Technical Support personnel, and the Regional Head of Customer Services – North & Central America.
