Senior Tender Manager 100%
We’re looking for a Senior Tender Manager to take charge of high-impact projects and drive success from start to finish. Your key responsibilities
- Develop and roll-out to Tillotts / Tillotts affiliates of a standardised industry best-practice tender management process (tracking, planning, bidding, winning)
- Development and roll-out of global tools to support local tender opportunities
- Upskill the company (local and global) into tender management / competitive procurement (in an LOE context)
- Monitor and track tender price / net price evolution
- Work with affiliates to understand and shape tender MEAT criteria which reflect differentiated value for Tillotts assets
- Establish, implement and maintain a tender governance framework
- Establish and maintain an advanced analytical framework / dashboard to monitor and track cross-country tenders – calendar, bids, prices – to inform governance decisions and optimize group revenue
- Establish and maintain a central repository of core common tender data required to support national tender submissions
- Work in close collaboration – and define operating processes - with cross-functional stakeholders (eg Supply Chain, Finance, affiliates etc) to ensure organizational agility / flexibility to be able to operate / respond in an uncertain tender market environment
- Ensure adherence to local healthcare regulations, GMP standards, and tender compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory reviews
Who you are
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field. Post-graduate qualification preferred (PhD, MBA)
- 5-7 years of experience in tender management role within the phamaceutical industry
- Significant knowledge / experience of healthcare procurement systems, pricing and reimbursement requirements, market access
- Deep understanding of pharma tendering processes and competitive procurement (particularly in a LOE environment)
- Excellent influencing, analytical, negotiation and communication skills
