Your assignment

  • Ensure overall storytelling at group level, incl. writing content
  • Take on responsibility for international projects and plan, design and implement end-to-end communication processes
  • Maintain, update and further develop the social intranet and other social media platforms
  • Identify relevant content in regular exchange with management and internal stakeholders and use various digital and analog communication channels
  • Manage branding initiatives and ensure the execution of branding guidelines globally
  • Support the Director Corporate Communications & CSR in daily communication activities, projects and strategic initiatives and offer guidance to Business units

Your background

  • Master degree in Communications, Business Administration, other related field. Fluent in speaking and writing in English and German
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in comparable roles in a international organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (excellent writing, storytelling experience)
  • Sound project and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured and effective work approach with the ability to handle several projects in parallel, work well under pressure and manage own time
  • Curious, flexible and self-motivated team player with the drive to make a difference
