As Export Sales Manager, you are responsible for sales and customers development of Ugitech product lines in the following geographic perimeters : South America, near and middle east, Africa, Spain and Portugal. You manage either direct relations with Customers and relations or interfaces with Schmolz + Bickenbach Sales & Services network. As part of your missions, you have to :

Vos Missions

  • Contribute to the definition of the Company's export policy on my areas of responsibility
  • Define and be responsible for Budget achievement in my perimeter in volumes and margins.
  • Drive and decline commercial policy locally : I have to guarantee achievement of sales targets and sales policy in terms of price, product mix defined by the Market Managers
  • Visit the Customers and ensure promotion of products and services. In the meantime, sensitize the S+ B Sales & Services network to Ugitech technical product offer and push their sales (Push Products initiative)
  • Assume responsibility for direct commercial negotiations (without having the  legal power to comply Ugitech's or act in its behalf)
  • Achieve our objectives in term of Working Capital (overdues & stocks)
  • Manage potential claims and litigation with the support of our quality department
  • Participate to the commercial, technical and technological intelligence of the market to help Ugitech to provide the appropriate and requested offer or solutions.
  • Ensure the commercial reporting of my actions in quantitative and qualitative terms.

Votre Profil

Education :
- Master’s degree : Engineering or Business Degree
Languages :
- Fluent in French and English, oral & written- Spanish : advanced level
 Skills & Behaviors :
- Human values (exemplarity, honesty, safety, etc.)
- Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) in a sales international development role within the industry
- Proven sales and marketing management ability at an international level
- Good understanding of regional and local dynamics
- Business orientated and Customers focus
- Result and solution orientated
- Technical know-how in metallurgy is a plus
- Strong ability to decline and implement sales vision and strategy
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to negotiate with Customers or others to achieve shared objectives
