Managing Director (m/f/d) Accotex

We are looking for a professional, proactive person who likes to take on the varied tasks in our experienced team on his own and who keeps an overview even in challenging times.

Your Tasks

  • Lead and guide the management team and the whole organization of a developing and producing legal unit
  • Review and develop strategy by business segment
  • Leverage the global Rieter footprint
  • Examine and push innovation pipeline and projects
  • Further develop the service business
  • Develop the organization to support today’s business, the strategy, and Rieter Group

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of successful P&L responsibility and strong technology focus
  • Management experience
  • Clear affinity to innovation and an international, industrial manufacturing environment
  • Master's degree in business administration and/or Master of Science with technical background or subject related to the industry
  • Hands-on mentality to run a mid-size company successfully
  • Ability to act within a global Group and a matrix organization
