Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

We are looking for a professional, proactive person who likes to take on the various tasks in our HR team and who keeps an overview even in hectic times.

Your Tasks

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle in Switzerland and coordinate and support the transformation of Graf globally
  • Partner with business leaders to understand and support their strategic goals through HR initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, practices, and employment law compliance.
  • Lead and support organizational change and development initiatives.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HRBP or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in supporting and coaching senior leaders.
  • Used to working in a matrix and being part of a Group HR team
  • Some international experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent German and English are a must have
