eCommerce Platform Specialist

Are you a proactive, service-oriented personality with a passion to tackle your tasks? In this challenging and very diversified function, you take responsibility for the eCommerce Platform and ensure the following activities.

Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Platform Management
  • Oversee the daily operations of the after-sales webshop, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Administer and maintain the SAP Commerce Cloud platform, ensuring it meets business requirements and performance standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to ensure the platform supports overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to perform regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades to the SAP Commerce Cloud platform.
  • Performance Optimization
  • Monitor and analyze webshop performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Optimize the platform for speed, usability, and conversion rate to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • User Experience and Interface Design
  • Ensure the webshop offers a user-friendly and visually appealing interface.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to implement UI/UX improvements based on user feedback and industry best practices.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Utilize analytics tools to track webshop performance and generate regular reports for senior management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Customer Support
  • Work closely with the customer service team to address any customer inquiries or issues related to the after-sales webshop.
  • Provide technical support for the after-sales webshop, addressing any issues or bugs promptly.

Your Profile

  • Degree in business administration or business information technology
  • Proven experience (min. 5 years) in eCommerce Platform Management or similar role
  • Strong expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) is essential
  • Broad knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP ERP
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English
