Trainer - Customer Training

Are you a proactive, service-oriented personality with a passion to tackle your tasks? In this challenging and very diversified function, you take responsibility for the Customer Training and ensure the following activities.

Your Tasks

  • Develop, organize, and deliver engaging customer training programs for products, processes, and technologies.
  • Prepare training content for new products and conduct internal training sessions for Service and Technology teams in accordance with the annual training calendar.
  • Continuously learn and become certified in new products, technologies, and solutions.
  • Support and engage customers by providing professional training experiences tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support.
  • Create post-training reports, evaluate training effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, develop, and maintain training materials using various tools and formats, including digital and online learning platforms.
  • Create, record, and manage online training content such as e-learning modules, webinars, and instructional videos.
  • Ensure training content remains up-to-date and aligned with the latest product developments.
  • Travel internationally (approximately 40-50%) to deliver customer training and support global training initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Strong passion for training, coaching, knowledge sharing, and customer development.
  • Proven technical understanding and process expertise.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Strong learning agility, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory due to the global scope of the role.
  • Ability to effectively engage and present to diverse audiences.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt training methods and content to different participant knowledge levels and expectations.
  • Experience in designing and developing comprehensive training materials using multiple tools and learning formats.
  • Advanced IT skills and a high affinity for digital technologies and new media.
  • Experience with online learning systems, e-learning content creation, video recording, and virtual training platforms is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as within international teams.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide up to 40-50%.
