Area Sales Manager (South-East Asia)

Are you a proactive, service-oriented personality with a passion to tackle your tasks? In this challenging and very diversified function, you take responsibility for the Area Sales Manager and ensure the following activities.

The Position

  • Advising our international customers and selling technology parts for spinning machines together with the Bräcker agencies.
  • Sale of technology parts for spinning machines together with the local Bräcker agencies
  • Competent fulfilment of technical consulting and commercial sales tasks
  • Achieving the specified sales targets in accordance with the sales budget
  • Ensuring an effective, experienced and customer-oriented network of agencies
  • Development of marketing and sales promotion measures in co-operation with the sales management and the agencies
  • Presence at local trade fairs and symposia
  • Training of customers and agents
  • Supporting internal sales staff located in Switzerland that they can fulfil their tasks
  • Travelling in the assigned sales area (approx. 50 - 70 %)
  • Responsible for the countries Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Philippines.

Your Qualifications

  • B.E / B. Tech in Textile is Mandatory.
  • 10 to 15 yrs. Minimum 8 years in Ring Spinning is mandatory.
  • Extensive experience in the spinning sector
  • International sales experience in co-operation with agencies
  • Result oriented, solution provider to customers, capable to handle disputes
  • Excellent written and spoken English (business fluent), presentation and convincing skills
