Junior Engineer - Packing

As Junior Engineer - Packing, you will be responsible for the following activities:-

Your main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Plan and co-ordinate and monitor the packaging activity of finished goods, sub assemblies and items in a timely and efficient manner to achieve team objectives.
  • Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets timescales/requirements
  • Monitor and maintain packing accuracy by ensuring the physical packing is in line with the system and ensure all movements are recorded in the system to ensure accuracy.
  • Handling and maintaining packaging and material handling equipment's.
  • Coordinates activities of workers and vendors providers engaged in packaging products and materials for storage or shipment. Coordinate with quality and warehouse departments to monitor everyday activities of units and ensure efficient working.
  • Analyze and determine all standards for packaging lines and ensure compliance to all schedule for processes and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively.

Your Profile

  • Desired Qualification : DME, Any Specialization; Diploma In Packaging will be an added advantage
  • Desired Experience in Years :3 to 5 Years
  • Preferred hands on experience:-
  • Must be good in packing operations.
  • Hands on experience & must have worked on SAP MM / ERP in manufacturing company.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams, experience in working with cross functional teams.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office,PowerPoint and Microsoft project.
  • Good analytical skills, experience with large data sets and data analysis – must have amazing excel skills! (VLOOKUP's, if statements, macros, dashboards etc.)
