Global Pricing Process Manager Service & Repair

We are looking for a sympathetic, proactive person who likes to take on the varied tasks in our experienced team on his own and who keeps an overview even in hectic times.

The Position

  • Develop and maintain internal pricing structures based on machine configurations, production costs, and lifecycle considerations.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales to ensure pricing reflects technical specifications, customer requirements, and market positioning.
  • Monitor and support pricing adjustments in response to changes in raw material costs, manufacturing processes, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Lead initiatives to cleanse and structure pricing-related data, improving transparency and usability across departments.
  • Support cost analysis projects to understand the impact of engineering changes and production variables on pricing.
  • Contributes to the development and deployment of pricing tools that enable consistent, informed, and technically sound pricing decisions.
  • Ensure pricing documentation and tools are accessible and usable by relevant teams across Rieter’s global organization.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in leading pricing team, cost analysis, or business operations within the machinery or textile industry.
  • Familiarity with textile machinery, spinning systems, or industrial equipment is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
