As Head of Product Management, you will shape the future of our myLoop portfolio and establish Product Management as a strategic driver of innovation, growth, and customer value. Leading a team of Product Managers, you will define the long-term portfolio direction, strengthen commercial and lifecycle performance, and build the capabilities and operating model required to deliver differentiated solutions for people living with diabetes.

Your main tasks

  • Define and execute the long-term product vision, portfolio strategy, and roadmap for the myLoop portfolio
  • Own the strategic and commercial performance of the portfolio, including investment priorities, business cases, pricing strategy, and lifecycle decisions
  • Lead Product Management across the full product lifecycle, from opportunity discovery and product definition to launch, optimization, and retirement
  • Build and develop a high-performing Product Management organization with clear accountabilities, effective governance, scalable ways of working, and strong talent
  • Translate patient, customer, clinical, market, and competitive insights into differentiated product strategies and solutions
  • Represent Product Management in executive decision-making and align Commercial, R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, and external partners around clear portfolio priorities

Your profile

  • Significant Product Management leadership experience within Medical Devices, Digital Health, or another relevant regulated technology environment
  • Proven success managing complex global product portfolios and delivering measurable commercial results across the product lifecycle
  • Strong strategic, commercial, and financial acumen, including experience with portfolio prioritization, investment decisions, business cases, and pricing
  • Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and developing or transforming Product Management organizations
  • Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead effectively in a global matrix environment
  • Customer-centric and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights and complexity into clear strategic choices and meaningful patient and business value
  • University degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
  • Fluent English; German is an advantage
