Your main tasks

  • Develop, operate, and continuously optimize our Microsoft 365 collaboration environment, with a focus on Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and related services
  • Establish standards, governance, and best practices for collaboration, document management, and the lifecycle of Microsoft 365 services across the group
  • Further develop Microsoft Teams communication and telephony solutions and evaluate new Microsoft 365 capabilities and their business value
  • Drive the transition from traditional network drives and file-sharing solutions toward modern SharePoint Online-based collaboration
  • Provide second-level support, resolve complex technical issues, and coordinate solutions with internal specialists, Microsoft, and external IT partners
  • Act as a Microsoft 365 ambassador, enabling employees and key users through guidance, training, and practical best practices while promoting a modern collaboration culture

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Microsoft 365, workplace technology, collaboration platforms, or a comparable IT environment
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 collaboration services, and Teams telephony
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, identity and access management, and cloud infrastructure concepts
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, governance, troubleshooting, service optimization, and SharePoint-based document management
  • Experience with file-service migrations, backup and restore concepts, and collaboration with external IT service providers is an advantage
  • Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions and effectively train and support non-technical users
  • Proactive and service-oriented, with strong ownership and enthusiasm for improving how people communicate and collaborate
  • Very good German and English skills
