Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.
Your main tasks
- Own the lifecycle of product marketing materials, including brochures, roll-ups, websites and sales tools
- Ensure that marketing assets are up to date, aligned with product specifications and consistent across markets
- Coordinate the adaptation and rollout of marketing materials across multiple languages, regions and channels
- Manage the central repository of marketing assets and ensure that local teams can easily access the latest approved versions
- Translate product evolutions, integrations and feature updates into clear marketing actions and coordinate the timely update of all impacted materials
- Act as the primary contact for local teams regarding marketing material updates, adaptations and market-specific requirements
- Support markets in adapting global assets to local needs while ensuring brand consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate updates end to end with product, creative, regulatory and local market stakeholders, including urgent and last-minute requests
- Provide guidance and structure to ensure efficient, consistent and accurate execution from request through to delivery
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, product marketing or project management
- Proven experience working in international, multi-market or multi-language environments
- Experience in a regulated industry such as medtech or pharmaceuticals is an advantage
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across functions and geographies
- Structured, solution-oriented and service-minded, with the confidence to set priorities and manage expectations
- Comfortable combining coordination and hands-on execution, including managing urgent requests
- Proactive, reliable, adaptable and focused on making others more efficient and effective
- Fluent in English
