Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.
Your main tasks
- Global responsibility for assigned commodity groups with a focus on electronics
- Procurement of services
- Project procurement
- Implementation of the commodity group strategy and development of a forward-looking sourcing strategy in coordination with the Head of Procurement
- Selection, qualification, and continuous development of suppliers in an international environment
- Independent negotiation and conclusion of framework agreements, NDAs, and pricing agreements
- Establishment of strategic partnerships as well as conducting evaluations, audits, and performance analyses
- Monitoring global procurement markets, trends, and innovations in the electronics sector
- Close coordination with R&D, quality, production, and logistics to ensure technical and logistical requirements
- Management and execution of global sourcing and optimization projects within the commodity group
- Analysis and realization of cost optimization measures based on TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)
Your profile
- You have a technical background and have further specialized in procurement or supply chain
- You have several years of experience in both operational and strategic procurement, preferably in a manufacturing company
- You work in a structured, efficient, and precise manner
- You are a motivated individual with strong coordination and communication skills
- Good SAP experience
- Fluent in English and German
