Your main tasks
- Planning, implementing and supporting qualification and validation activities for industrialization projects and manufacturing processes
- Supporting projects within the manufacturing organization
- Contributing to product and manufacturing improvements
- Planning and implementing product and manufacturing changes in compliance with applicable procedures and quality requirements
- Executing, supporting and continuously improving batch release activities
- Managing and supporting activities related to non-conforming products
- Supporting internal and external audits and acting as a subject matter expert in relevant areas
- Designing, planning, executing and documenting engineering studies
- Preparing technical documentation, reports and recommendations
- Collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to ensure effective implementation of quality and manufacturing initiatives
Your profile
- Master’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline
- Strong interest in working and developing professionally across different areas, such as Manufacturing, Quality and Product Development
- Initial experience through internships, studies or projects in a regulated industry, manufacturing or quality environment is an advantage
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to take responsibility, learn quickly and contribute actively to projects
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
