Sr. Executive Sales / Assistant Manager Sales

We are looking for people who are keen to try something new:

  • Sales function for Refractive Lasers ( Based at New Delhi) ( Referred as ASM down)
  • He reports to National Manager – Sales & Marketing( Refractive Lasers) and works along with Sr Sales Manager based in New Delhi.
  • He will be responsible for Refractive business in North & East India and will assist Sr Sales Manager in North region.
  • He will be responsible to ensure quarterly and annual targets for budget no's for his area of responsibility for RL business.
  • He will help the National Manager with no's to prepare accurate business and market forecast.
  • He will work as per guidelines of ZSP and would be responsible for updating of leads and opportunities in CRM.
  • He will have a weekly and monthly plan 3 days for existing leads and 2 days for cold calls.

You are:

  • 4-8 years of experience in Refractive Sales Function.
  • Engineering Graduate or Science Graduate
  • He should have understanding of Excels and would need to work with potential prospects with ROI discussions.
  • He would have a complete market map of his region and will be responsible to qualify and covert leads from the market map data.
  • A fortnight upgrade on each lead is must.
  • He will discuss and work in close association with Territorial Sales Manager. Idea is have a healthy cooperation and we want to work as a stronger but one team in front of customer.
  • Each lost order with maximum details to be reported to do CRM and plan the future strategies to overcome the competition.
  • He will come up with the needs of CME, round table meetings and other marketing requirement.
  • He would be required to travel on an average 3-4 days a week
  • He should be willing to help the SM from other regions in case of special organizational needs.
  • He would have all the basic technical knowledge and would be self-independent for technical , Sales and financial discussions.
