Intern Key-Opinion Leader (KOL) Management (m/w/x)

KOL Management - EMEA, seeks an energetic and highly motivated student with strong organisational and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate needs a “can do” attitude and the ability to think creatively.

Your Job

You will support the head of KOL Management - EMEA with the following activities;
  • Analytical review of KOL data - Support the development of reporting tools that analyse important information for the management of a ever efficient KOL management program.
  • Research - Review and provide analysis of professional, clinical and industry publications specific to the needs of internal stakeholder requirements and KOL Management.
  • Interdepartmental Support - Support the requests of internal stakeholders working in collaboration with KOL management. Your role can include being involved in cutting edge / confidential development projects to ensure KOL utilisation is efficiently performed and optimised to support their needs.
  • KOL Communication Project - Support the research and development of specific tools to ensure Zeiss remain at the forefront of communication with its KOL’s.
  • Administrative Support - Supporting KOL Management with day to day administrative tasks including close interdepartmental and customer communication.

Our Requirements

  • You are currently studying business / marketing or economics
  • You have experience navigating intercultural environments, preferably in a business context
  • You are a strong communicator and a team player, being focused on finding solutions rather than highlighting challenges
  • You must have good experience of MS Office products, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • You have excellent English language skills (verbal and written), German and or/other languages would be considered.
