Product Manager Light Microscopy for Special 3D Products: Superresolution and Lightsheet Microscopy (f/m/x)

We are looking for people who are keen to:

  • support the business sectors in monitoring and analyzing the market from the perspective of the product or its application area
  • translate market demands into product specifications for new developments and product maintenance with technology requirements as hardware and/or software features
  • support successful development and evaluate the development progress made in each case from the perspective of the customer (customer benefit) or the market (relevant differentiation)
  • provide product-specific content (text contributions, application materials, etc.) for the creation of marketing and training materials
  • provide advice to sales and application support on product-specific questions

You have:

  • successfully completed your scientific studies in the life sciences (doctorate desirable) or have gained an adequate qualification
  • solid application experience as a user, practical experience in imaging facilities, product management, development, sales of technical products or other comparable scientific experience
  • experience in dealing with large amounts of data, artificial intelligence methods, expertise in business management, process orientation
  • an analytical and business-oriented way of thinking, an ability to work across departments, highly competent in finding solutions to complex issues
  • independent way of working, ability to work in a team and the ability to work under pressure
  • experience with different imaging software, complex microscope systems and standard software (office applications), with computer hardware and operating systems
  • very good German and English language proficiency and excellent communication skills
