We are looking for people who are keen to try something new. Your role:

  • Global responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the complaint handling and vigilance system of the ZEISS Medical Technology segment
  • Assume the disciplinary and professional responsibility of members of a multi-site team
  • Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of customer complaints and initiating necessary measures to increase product quality
  • Coordinating and executing timely incident reports to the respective authorities
  • Take responsibility for communicating with customers, authorities and partners on complaints and vigilance issues
  • Create and evaluate trend reports as part of post-market analyses and initiate necessary product improvements
  • Continuously improve the processes in your area of responsibility, taking into account the development of global standards and regulations

You have:

  • Degree in medical technology, engineering sciences or a comparable education
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality management in a global company in the medical products industry
  • Several years of leadership experience
  • Experience in dealing with international customers and partners worldwide
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, especially in working with intercultural and interdisciplinary teams
  • Profound knowledge of European and German medical device law
  • Business fluent English skills other languages are a plus
