Our Warehouse/ Shipping Associates are a key part of our company commitment to delivering top-quality service to customers. Need to be organized and diligent in following process to execute consistency in the presentation and safe delivery of all products. Responsible for executing day-to-day warehouse activities. Pack and load orders in a timely manner so they reach customers efficiently, safely, and in perfect condition. Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating not only within the warehouse area, but also cross-functionally with other teams. Follow company policies, procedures, and attendance requirements. Champion safety procedures and techniques when lifting and moving heavy equipment.

We are looking for people who are keen to try something new:

  • Load and unload heavy machinery and equipment to and from trucks in an efficient, safe, and timely manner.
  • Load heavy machinery onto skids – Secure and bag machinery to skids for transportation.
  • Operate forklifts, power jacks, and manual pallet jacks to move equipment and supplies.
  • Assemble shipping crates utilizing small hand tools.
  • Coordinate shipping transportation (truck scheduling) via computer tool.
  • Work and communicate professionally with departments, truck drivers, and external vendors.
  • Create and submit paperwork that correlates with each shipment.
  • Keep track of warehouse stock, maintaining organized methodology.
  • Follow procedures, policies, and work instructions per company and supervisory guidelines.
  • Able to flex into any position within assigned area to help cover for a staff shortage.
  • Utilize lean techniques to eliminate waste.
  • Utilize 5S principles to keep work are optimized.
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new employees as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment; follows safety training guidelines in accordance with OSHA and company requirements.
  • Perform related work as apparent or assigned.

You are:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 1-2 or more years previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with small hand tools (saws, drills, nail guns, etc.) highly preferred.
  • Previous forklift operation experience highly preferred.
  • Inventory, Equipment Maintenance, Data Entry, and Computer skills may be required.
