Assco.Product Manager

  • Product management
  • 1. Manage the strategic planning and tactical activities for assigned products
  • - Work to develop and implement the go-to-market strategies, tactics, launch programs, product positioning, and key benefits development in hand with application and sales teams
  • - Sense, observe and analyze market requirements in genral and/or specific for current and future products, and pass on the findings with approprite local solutions to headquarter for products re-engineering, re-configuring, and/or re-positioning
  • 2. Registration coordination
  • - Provide coordination and technical supports to product registration processes
  • 3. Product knowledge management
  • - Maintain and constantly update quotation system, create standard packages, and BOM as required
  • - Contact directly to headquarter to obtain the latest product and technical information
  • Product marketing
  • 1. Product – Competitive information analysis
  • - Gathering market information for both Zeiss and competitive products in terms of new product luanch, configurations, positioning , pricing, promotion activities, and customer feedbacks
  • - Base on competitive product analysis, make and update the product comparison and create KSP (Key Selling Points) for assigned product lines in hands with application specialists in need
  • 2. Promotion
  • - Plan and organize exhibitions, conferences, seminars, user meetings, workshops, demo, and trial cycles.
  • - Manage the development, updating, and improvement of marketing collateral material, including brochures, user manual, sales handbook, technical notes, white papers, demonstration materials, technical presentations, and/or web site presence, etc. in hands with application specialists
  • 3. Pricing and price control
  • - Involve and assist in the product pricing processes
  • - Supervise configuration and price check over the quotation system
  • 4. KOL, Reference, Education sites management
  • - Define, select, recommend, and maintain KOLs, Reference and Education sites for assigned products
  • - Provide technical consultancy and product demonstration to KOLs, in a high professional and technical manner, to ensure their deep product understanding and value perception, and further to ensure the promotion of word of mouth to other customers
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • 1-3 years experience as Products Specialist in Phama/Medical device fields, > 3 years work experience in health care industry.
