Service Administrator (Medical)

As a Service Administrator for Medical, you be providing service support to our customers that is fast and of high quality to achieve customer satisfaction.
Your Role
  • Handle incoming enquiries from customers and preparation of documents
  • Co-ordinate, assign and dispatch service jobs to Field Service Engineers
  • Prepare quotation for spare parts, repairs and service contract
  • Spare part purchase, service tools purchase & calibration
  • Loan of service tools and parts in Southeast Asia region
  • Ensure regular ISO audits are passed
  • Maintain high data quality in Service CRM

Key Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or any related fields
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Administrator or Customer Service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-point)
  • Basic knowledge in Logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization and scheduling skills
