Training Manager MED - Focus Surgical Solutions (m/w/x) / limited to 1 year

We are looking for people who are keen to try something new:

  • Delivering of training in the field of our full Ophthalmic Surgical Solutions (OPT), through various methods including classroom training, webinars, eLearning, events and demonstrations
  • Development of global training concepts as well as training and application support for internal staff, dealers and customers in the field of OPT
  • Execution of the global Learning Management strategy, with a strong focus on digital learning content and establishment of global standards for training and knowledge building in the field of OPT
  • Deliver data management training content and integrate as an integral part of all training courses
  • Communicate constantly with customers and other departments to expand and disseminate knowledge of product and solution acceptance, application trends, customer needs and competitive information
  • Answer technical questions from different departments, such as the support hotline
  • Support the QM department in dealing with complaints

You provide:

  • a degree in Business Management or similar, medical science, medical technology or engineering science
  • at least 5 years of professional experience
  • experience in solution selling, with focus on OPT solutions
  • solid clinical understanding in Ophthalmology
  • experience in training
  • proven ability to develop Training concepts for classroom and digital purposes
  • a solid understanding of sales excellence and account management principles (required for the position)
  • solid commercial understanding for example: patient journey, customer workflow and customer segments
  • fluently spoken and written English, strong communication skills and willingness to travel
