Your job
- learn how to use the process mining tool Celonis at ZEISS
- support in developing and establishing a systematic stakeholder management
- create user guides and presentations for specific reporting requirements
- support the audit team in 1st level support, address technical issues to 2nd level support
- obtain requirements and implement analysis in the Celonis process mining tool
Our requirements
- you are studying business administration with focus on Information Management or Information Technology
- basic know how about the SAP sales process, SAP sales data model and respective SAP tables
- basic know how in SQL
- interest in Process Mining and digital process analysis as well as first project management skills and educational skills to train and mentor colleagues
- the ability to work in an independent, proactive, goal- and output-oriented manner
- good communication skills in English and German
