We are looking for people who are keen to try something new:

  • Establish a link between Service Organization (SSC) and Global Service Organization
  • Coordination of inbound and outbound processes within a matrix service organization
  • Tactical and strategic support of SSCs along the service process incl. training and methodology how to act on Service KPIs
  • Pushing forward market and revenue development
  • Implementation of market-specific strategies and initiatives
  • Operative support of SSCs in all service relevant technical and economic aspects
  • Interface for our SSCs to the Global Service Organization
  • Performing Service market potential and competitive analysis in relevant markets and segments
  • Best practice sharing across the Global Service Organization
  • Capturing and evaluating customer needs and managing customer relationships in the context of Service
  • Design or be part of Global Projects and implement and drive global projects

You provide:

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in economics or equivalent experience in combination with another degree
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Service, Management / Process Consultancy, Business Management in the Service Sector of the Medical Device or Life Science Industry
  • Basic knowledge in medical device laws
  • Understanding of service methods and processes
  • Understanding of IT tools, IT landscape both for frontend and backend
  • Advanced know how of service related KPIs and the ability to derive measures and drive them
  • Ability to operate in a multicultural international Environment and willingness to travel
  • Very good skills in Microsoft Office, in particular Power Point and Excel
  • Fluently spoken and written English
