The position of the Sales & Service Administrator is crucial to our business success. The Sales & Service Admin needs to be driven by our customer’s success and be able to offer an exceptional service experience to our customers during the sales and also entire repair / service process. The Service Administrator is responsible for all administration tasks along the sales and service process as well as physical flow of goods. They also need to take initiative and should be willing to respond to demands of the business incl. seasonal repair volume shifts.

We are looking for people who are keen to try something new:

  • Overview process for onboarding of new customers and manage the customer master data for all our accounts and ensure accuracy as business proceeds.
  • Provide the sales team with various kinds of reports on demand for inventory, revenue, material & customer master data
  • Be a key point of contact for customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Accurate and timely creation of SAP customer orders and preparing them for delivery (sales order, return order, loan order, return order, repair order)
  • Create shipping/return labels and arrange pickups on request of products from our customers
  • Manage other administrative functions (e.g. office supply purchases, business card processing, file and track documents, such as contracts/agreements, price sheets, customer set up and special/extra-ordinary tasks as they occur

You are:

  • Self-motivated, highly organized with the ability to anticipate problems and/or opportunities, as well as prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong team player
  • Basic knowledge of MS-Office (esp. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
