Bilingual Customer Care Coordinator

We are looking for people who are keen to try something new:

Working primarily in our fast-paced Medical Service team, you will be the contact for our customers located across Canada requiring service on their medical instruments. You will take their requests by phone or email and collect all necessary information to support them by opening Service orders, processing Sales orders, or directing them to our technical support team for assistance. You will also support our team of in-house and field service engineers by answering inquiries about available parts inventory and logistics, expediting incoming parts orders, and closing completed Service Orders.
• Promptly answer incoming telephone inquiries from customers in English and French
• Read and respond to customer email inquiries in English and French
• Open Service orders in our SAP CRM system and dispatch to the appropriate Service engineer based on qualification, location, and availability
• Process Sales orders for service parts and consumable products
• Monitor inventory levels of stocked parts
• Support our service engineers with their parts inventory management
• Close completed Service orders and ensure proper billing takes place
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Other duties as required

You are:

• Previous working experience in Customer Service, preferably in a technical environment
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
• Must be highly organized, be able to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Working knowledge in MS Office applications Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
• Experience working in an SAP system would be advantageous
• Solid interpersonal skills – to be able to work closely with other departments
• A post-secondary diploma or degree in business or a technical discipline would be advantageous
