Your job

  • test and optimize ultrashort light pulse curing protocols for ophthalmic applications.
  • design and perform chemical coating procedures in a clean room environment, achieving high optical quality.
  • apply analytical measurement techniques to optimize the curing conditions, focusing on optical and mechanical properties.
  • systematically analyze and evaluate measurement routines based on well- defined test samples.
  • present your work to stakeholders.

Our requirements

  • studies focused on chemistry and physics with, optionally, a background of optics, optical materials or process engineering.
  • experience in experimental work and material analytical tools.
  • highly motivated student with structured thinking, creativity and flexibility.
  • team-oriented and independent way of working.
  • good verbal and written English with presentation skills.
  • experience in industrial environment (desirable)
