We are looking for people who are keen to try something new:

• Perform a variety of administrative duties and HR projects in support of day -to-day operations of the HR team.
• Supports key aspects of the Talent Attraction function including Staffing and New Employee Onboarding
• May provide assistance for training or learning projects
• Supports special HR projects
• Intern will need to quickly ramp up on the existing tools and methodologies being used in HR.
• Assist with key Staffing functions to include, candidate interview schedules and new hire onboarding
• Provide assistance with a variety of assigned HR projects
• Deliver added modules to the current dashboard tool that meets the requirements of MED US Service.
• Provide training documents for the newly developed reports and/or dashboards.

You are:

• Excellent oral and written communication
• Team player with customer service orientation and flexibility to accommodate varied duties and changing priorities.
• Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and work independently for several individuals.
• Proven ability to work with highly confidential material.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
