Your Role
The Master Data Specialist is responsible for the Material Master data management, Price Maintenance, Customer Master Data Maintenance and providing key user support and conducting ongoing training of the processes.
1. Maintenance of SAP ERP / CRM Pricing for the SEA region
2. Process new materials from datapush
3. Create new customer account Master Data
4. Definition and implementation of business rules and standards in the field of Master Data Management for the business group within SEA and monitor compliance
5. Consultation of the divisions within the SEA business group on optimal processes and usage of Master Data (material, customer, pricing)
6. Participation in international SAP ERP and SAP CRM implementation projects
7. Modification and enrichment of Master Data in SAP ERP and SAP CRM implementations / roll-outs
8. Data maintenance, analysis, conversion using ETL tools
9. Documentation (and if applicable improvement) of Master Data structures and processes
10. Create customer accounts in SAP ERP upon request in collaboration with finance team
11. Review Master Data requests and ensure complete and correct information is provided
12. Support data cleansing activities
13. Support stakeholders on requests about issues with customer accounts
14. Support key users with questions, errors or issues related to Master data and CRM
15. Work on CRM Master Data requests

Key Qualifications
Education
- At least a Degree in Business, IT or related field
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in similar field
- Experience with SAP Master Data / Pricing ERP
- Knowledge in SAP ERP
- Knowledge in SAP CRM would be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken English
