  • Using experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organizational design, employee engagement and HR analytics
  • Supporting line managers across the businesses
  • Work towards enhancing employee performance, supporting employee development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic HR initiatives, maintaining employee relations

You are:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management
  • Proven work experience of min. 5 years as an HR business partner
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Understanding of all HR functions
  • Experience with HR metrics
  • Should be highly organized, proactive, good in problem solving
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
