MED-Assco Training Manager

Assco Training Manager

  • Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • 1. Provide product and commercial training to sales and dealers
  • - Develop sales training plan in align with MED business direction and product/strategy priority
  • - Organize sales training course/program, in co-operation with marketing and sales management
  • 2. Deliver basic product training and common commercial training
  • - With enriched knowledge in MED product, be able to provide basic product training on his/her own
  • - Certified (if necessary) to cover common commercial (incl. soft selling skills) training courses
  • 3. Manage MED sales training system and process
  • - Run/update “Sales Belt System”, with routine belt assessment, master record, and belt grant
  • - Develop and update basic and advance sales training module
  • - Update and report sales training matrix
  • - Monitor (via field assessment and training survey) to identify competence gap and training need of the sales and dealers
  • 4. Training center and online facility
  • - Identify and maintain hospital/s used for sales training, with quality trainer/lecturer pool
  • - Set up online sales training solution, in co-operation with marketing and IT
  • - Manage above training facilities (demo room or wet lab, if any) to ensure quality and utilization
  • 5. Perform any other duties/responsibilities as may be assigned by the direct supervisor and/or as may be required by operations.

Assco Training Manager

  • Education / 教育背景
  • University degree or above in medicine, life science or related areas
  • Experience /经验
  • 5+ years experience in sales, marketing with multinational medical device or pharmaceutical company
  • Experience in sales training position or related qualification would be a plus
  • Other skills /其他技能
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and excellent process management skills
  • Technologically savvy and competence of self-study
  • Excellent team building, teaching and motivation skills
  • Aptitude in presentation and teaching/coaching
  • Strong organizational, communication and inter-people skills
  • Fluent in both spoken & written English and Mandarin
