Your job

  • • Install, repair, maintenance of field service
  • • Attend HQ’s service training & On the job training
  • • Draw up service report for onsite service issue
  • • Service progress reporting to team manager or general manager
  • Build up service skill and knowledge share on database
  • Inventory check and stock ordering with CIA
  • Return spare parts after service within 2 weeks
  • Escalate service trouble if it is necessary (more than2 times visit, 2 weeks)
  • Report to HQ for OBF (Spare parts cases)

Our requirements

  • Bachelor degree in a technical field or graduation from a higher techinical institution
  • Field service engineer for electron or light microscope or E-beam product related
  • English communication skill(speak, read, write)
  • Driver license required
