The Digital Marketing Manager Online Content Website will be responsible for the planning and execution of Website contents that support the global online strategy. He or she will apply the knowledge of latest trends and insights to ensure a high user experience and target group relevant contents. The manager will be responsible for an aim-driven execution that enables the worldwide key markets. In addition, the manager will be responsible for Google Advertisement that drives traffic to our Website and pays into a complete and efficient Online funnel approach.

Furthermore you will:
  • be responsible for the annual planning of SEO content including the development and creation of blog articles, that aim to drive organic traffic to our Website
  • create relevant campaign and product pages based on campaign objectives, business objectives and the ZEISS VCD
  • concept and create contents for Google Ads, incl. Search Engine Advertisement (SEA), Video Advertisement (YouTube), Display Advertisement. Apply the knowledge of the latest trends and publishing specification to ensure efficiency and performance
  • ensure together with the Marketing Manager Lead Generation and Marketing Automation a conversion-driven approach on the website
  • ensure the efficiency of the Website, it is within the responsibility of the manager to evaluate the performance with the use of analytics data and relevant KPIs regularly, then provide strategic recommendations on how to optimise with a clear action plan

You are:

  • University degree in economics, marketing, communication or business studies. Open for other degrees if combined with relevant work experience (Online Marketing, Webservices, SEO marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Performance Marketing )
  • several years of working experience in conversion, optimisation and the implementation of a cross-channel-oriented website structure
  • knowledge in conception, implementation and maintenance of search engine optimized contents on websites, as well as in content creation tools e.g. Adobe
  • experience in dealing with web content management systems
  • SEA experience and the management and creation of global initiatives based on performance targets
  • a growth mindset that encourages the understanding of different markets around and facilitates the creation of initiatives to grow
  • a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an international environment
  • a focus on consumer and customer: towards the understanding and connection to consumers and customers to create initiatives that improve their lives
  • strong communication skills, fluent in English, both written and verbal
