Customer Relations Specialist (Lens Consultant)

The Customer Relations Specialist (Lens Consultant) represents the brand as one of the first point of contact with our customers. This role is responsible in providing Best-in-Class service to our customers possessing excellent customer service professionalism, communication and inter-personal skills.
Your Role
  • Provide customers with professional advice on product, service related quiries, complaints and feedbacks
  • Work closely with the commercial team as a Lens expert providing advise to eye care practitioners and internal colleagues
  • Provide advise or recommendation to customers (Eye Care Professionals (ECP) or end-consumers) regarding products or services enquiries via phone, whatsapp or email, Facebook messenger and/or other communication channels
  • Provide troubleshooting support over the phone or occasionally on-site support
  • Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective or existing customers
  • Resolve customer and/or consumers’ queries or complaints via phone, email or any other platforms
  • Support order entry that are placed via phone, whatsapp or email
  • Assist customer in checking of job status and update / follow-up accordingly
  • Support on administrative tasks required for campaigns

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Optometry or Opticianry certification
  • 5 - 8 years of optical retail or related work experience
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situation
  • Detailed orientated and high level of accuracy
  • Strong technical knowledge and passionate about Optics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal communication in both English & Chinese
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a must
