Digital Supply Chain Manager 100%

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the end-to-end Supply Chain digitalization roadmap in close collaboration with Supply Chain, IT and Business Intelligence.
  • Lead digitalization projects from requirements and solution design through implementation, coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Shape the future Supply Chain system and data architecture and contribute to relevant system and architecture decisions.
  • Own the SCM KPI and reporting framework, establishing consistent definitions and calculation logic as a reliable single source of truth.
  • Design, develop and continuously improve Power BI reports and data models based on SAP Datasphere data products – with a clear hands-on responsibility.
  • Translate business requirements from Supply Chain teams into practical digital, analytics and data solutions.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for process automation, develop business cases and drive selected use cases into implementation.
  • Act as the functional Supply Chain interface for SAP S/4HANA and data-related topics, contributing to analytics requirements and master data quality.

Your qualifications

  • University degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or a comparable field.
  • Around 3 years or more of relevant experience in Supply Chain digitalization, analytics or comparable transformation projects, including project management responsibility.
  • Strong experience with Power BI, including data modelling and DAX, combined with a solid understanding of KPI frameworks and data analytics.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Datasphere as well as a good understanding of data structures; SQL and data pipeline knowledge are an advantage.
  • Strong ability to understand Supply Chain processes and translate business needs into structured system, data and reporting solutions.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinker with a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach and the willingness to work hands-on.
  • Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively across Supply Chain, IT, BI, management and external partners.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
