Your tasks
- • Supervision of employees in the Heat Treatment, Machining, Assembly, and Passivation departments.
- • Maintain department schedules to include work, vacation and holiday hours.
- • Track the development of employees.
- • Monitor product quality and compliance with company standards.
- • Troubleshoot operational issues and support problem resolution.
- • Monitor and track KPIs.
- • Train, guide, and motivate team members.
- • Working in SAP system.
Your profile
- • 5+ years of experience in die casting.
- • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
- • High school diploma or equivalent required.
- • Experience in post casting is strongly preferred.
