Your tasks
- Summary:
- Safely load and unload machinery with proper tooling and products. Perform manual tasks such as package, crate, label, count, and sort products. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- • Required to understand and follow all company policies and procedures
- • Ensure that all guards and safety equipment have been installed and properly checked
- • Required to meet or exceed production standards
- • Required to maintain quality standards on all products
- • Safely load and unload machinery with the proper tooling and product as directed by team leader or supervisor
- • Maintain good housekeeping practices throughout the department
- • Responsible to maintain a safe working environment for all employees
- • Requires regular attendance per the schedule assigned by supervisor
- • Required to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures
- • Required to understand and follow work procedures as set forth by all ISO documentation
- • Read and interpret blueprints whenever required by operation
- • Select the proper tooling and process set-up as directed by team leader or supervisor
- • Perform other tasks as assigned
- • Adhere to ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, and OSHAS 18001 certification requirements
Your profile
- Required Skills/Abilities:
- • A thorough understanding of the hazard communication program
- • Must have a total understanding of the shop packets released to the shop floor
- • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within manufacturing environment
- Education and Experience:
- • High school diploma or its equivalent, desired
