Your tasks
- Supervise, monitor, and continuously improve heat treatment and straightening processes.
- Set, adjust, inspect, and perform maintenance/repairs on gauges as required.
- Configure, optimize, and maintain/repair WBH frames.
- Manage and actively contribute to quality topics and corrective actions.
- Enhance, refine, and document existing processes to support operational excellence.
- Achieve defined performance and production targets.
- Identify, propose, and implement process and efficiency improvements.
- Train, mentor, and qualify employees to ensure ongoing skill development.
- Ensure strict compliance with occupational safety standards and company policies.
Your profile
- Comprehensive knowledge of heat treatment and straightening processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented and systematic approach, focused on practical results.
- High level of initiative paired with a hands-on mentality.
- Completed technical vocational training or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with operational standards, including inspection plans, work instructions, defect handling, and quality guidelines.
- Solid understanding of component functions and requirements.
- Basic proficiency in IT systems and applications.
- Physical resilience with the ability to work in a shift-based environment.
