Your tasks

Tasks
  • Responsible for Recruiting, Hiring & Termination and all employee benefit programs, Retirement 401k administration
  • Responsible for the HR Budget, Payroll administration, Bonus plan, Performance Reviews & Reporting, Employee records, Employee Relations.
  • Local adaptations of process management systems. Local policies and practices
  • Performance Reviews & Reporting, Succession and Career Planning, Educational assistance, Job Descriptions, Salary surveys, Educational assistance
  • Training plans & records, Safety, Workers compensation, Wellness, Employee Recognition Program, Social/Community events
  • Key Performance Factors include Growth of workforce utilization through knowledge and career development. High quality recruiting. Maintenance and continuous improvement of human resource policies and practices
  • Compliance with government/employment laws and regulations

Your profile

Profile
  • Prefer a BA in related field and certification in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 10 years' experience.
