Your tasks
- Engage with customers and consultants to identify needs, influence specifications, and develop tailored stormwater and piping solutions, leveraging feedback to drive product adoption and demand.
- Act as the go-to technical expert by delivering training, resolving product issues, advising internal teams, and supporting project commissioning to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Be the go-to person for technical matters of varying complexity and ensure team members are adequately trained as well.
- Coordinate closely with sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and external partners to align on product development, improvement, and successful go-to-market execution. Coordinates with the global team, as required. Works closely with the quality team to manage product recalls and customer complaints.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, define go-to-market strategies, oversee product launches, and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Drive sales and margin growth through product positioning, marketing support, regular customer engagement, and ensuring alignment of offerings with strategic goals and industry standards.
Your profile
- Engineering Graduate with 10+ years of experience in a similar role out of which at least 3 years should be in a piping industry. A strong technical background in piping systems, and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges in product development is essential
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to work with teams
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Outstanding credentials in driving positive customer experience & supporting sales achievement
- Highly proactive and results oriented
- Experience in developing and implementing operational procedures.
