Main Objectives, Key Responsibilities and Authorizations:

Tasks
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Quotation Management
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotations.
  • Clarify item details with Sales and customers.
  • Calculate margins and seek approval according to DOA.
  • Ensure all technical and commercial information is complete.
  • 2. Customer Interaction & Support
  • Provide responsive and professional customer service.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries (First Time Response).
  • Maintain and document all customer service activities.
  • 3. Purchase Order (PO) & Account Handling
  • Verify PO details to match quotations (item, price, incoterm, etc.).
  • Manage new customer registration and account activation in SAP.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Sales for legal documentation.
  • 4. Cross-functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Product Management, and Vendors to obtain pricing, lead time, and technical documents.
  • Support project needs such as technical proposals, data sheets, and meeting coordination.
  • 5. Project & Material Support
  • Provide material reservation forms for training or special needs.
  • Prepare stock proposals to meet MOQ or early order requirements.

Requirements, Skills & Qualifications:

Profile
  • Requirements :
  • At least Diploma in Electrical or Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Technically proficient in piping systems with hands-on experience and solid knowledge of process automation. Skilled in presenting product solutions across water treatment, distribution, mineral processing, valves, and dewatering systems. Able to support sales teams with technical insights and ensure accurate, customer-focused solutions.
  • Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Proficient in SAP, CRM and Quotation modules.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Candidates with proven Sales Support or After Sales track record in process automation companies, piping firms, or manufacturing engineering operations are strongly preferred.
  • This position is for a Frontliner, which requires working from the office during regular office hours.
