Your tasks

- The Sales Manager, Data Centers & Microelectronics East is responsible for managing key Microelectronics (ME) Data Center (DC) end-user customers. These partners are highly valuable, and the Sales Manager (SM) must build and cultivate a strong relationship with their client(s). The SM assumes lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipates the client's needs, works within the company structure to ensure deadlines for the customer are met, and helps their organization succeed. The SM must understand the client(s) needs and will establish relationships with the key vendors and designers that server their account(s). The SAM will also bring in new business from other prospects and will develop new relationships with potential partners.
- • Actively seek new segment opportunities with existing customers and new targeted accounts
- • Be the key point of contact (including commercial and technical matters) and first line for escalations within assigned accounts and projects.
- • Develops a solid, lasting, and trusting relationship between major key client(s) and our company including but not limited to contractors, engineers and end-users
- • Identifies and delivers significant commercial opportunities with client(s)
- • Addresses and resolves key client issues, opportunities, and concerns
- • Develops a complete understanding of account needs
- • Manages communications between key client(s) and internal teams
- • Manages activity and projects as applicable
- • Negotiates terms and conditions, and obligations, with assigned client(s)
- • Works with engineering, design, sales teams, operations, logistics, managers, and other team members to ensure the highest quality of materials and services are being produced and all client needs met
- • Collaborates with the global teams to position value added solutions and services to their client
- • Prepares and facilitates monthly meetings with client and applicable company participants. Organize and effectively communicate action plans as required
- • Meets all client needs and deliverables according to agree upon timelines
- • Be perceived as a sound business partner, delivering tangible value to the business unit internal customers
- • Prepares relevant management and other internal reports as required
- • Verifies all sales planning activities captured in CRM
- • Organizes market intelligence dashboards as applicable
- • Provides feedback to local and global teams regarding client perception of service offering.

Your profile

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, mathematics, or equivalent relevant experience
- Microelectronics and Data Center or related technology (i.e. software, hardware, MEP infrastructure) experience (more than 7 years) strongly desired
- Proven experience in business development, account management, and/or technical sales
- Technical expertise: Understanding of available products and applications and their benefits to Vertical
