Your tasks
- Organize and deliver basic, complementary, and specific training for mechanical design apprentices.
- Conduct Intercompany Courses (CI) for external apprentices.
- Provide initial training within the company for apprentices from external organizations.
- Design and deliver adult training programs upon internal request.
Your profile
- Certified Mechanical Designer (AFC or equivalent) with solid CAD and ISO-GPS/ISO 8015 standards knowledge.
- Solid background in pedagogy, youth coaching, and educational communication, combined with a business-oriented mindset to bridge technical education with real-world industrial needs.
- Skilled in MS Office and 3D printing technologies.
- Completed (or willing to complete) the basic course for in-company apprentice trainers.
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and ability to engage with young learners.
- Fluent in Italian and English; German or French is a plus.
