Your tasks

  • The People Attraction Expert will be responsible for managing the end-to-end (E2E) recruiting process, ensuring the successful attraction, qualification, and hiring of top talent for the die-casting plant in Augusta, Georgia. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, guiding them through the recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Administer the full-cycle recruiting operation, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Generate, match, and qualify top candidates for designated vacancies.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent through multiple channels, including digital platforms, career fairs, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and support the E2E recruiting process based on structured service packages.
  • Ensure a high-touch candidate experience by maintaining direct communication with applicants and providing timely updates.
  • Upskill and guide hiring managers throughout their recruitment journey, ensuring they are equipped with best practices.
  • Define clear role requirements and scope the recruiting process to streamline hiring efforts.
  • Implement data-driven recruitment strategies, tracking hiring performance metrics to optimize processes.
  • Understand and leverage local amenities and workforce trends to design targeted hiring strategies.
  • Foster relationships with local organizations, universities, and recruitment agencies to build a robust talent pipeline.

Your profile

Profile
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting for manufacturing, die-casting, or automotive industries.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools to track hiring success and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand hiring environment.
  • Experience with diversity hiring initiatives and strategic workforce planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR within manufacturing or automotive industries.
  • Strong experience in guiding E2E recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of candidate sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment marketing platforms.
