You will be part of the Global Business Process team and report to the Head of Business Process who is based in Schaffhausen. In this newly created role, you will be the responsible owner for the Demand-to-Supply business process definition, implementation, and documentation on a global scale.

Your tasks:

Tasks
  • Leading the definition of global and local user requirements and promoting, protecting, and maintaining the integrity of the global process and solution design, especially for Sales & Operations planning and monthly business cycle aligned to the planning process
  • Working closely with the D2S Global Business Process Organization, business integration manager, D2S process/regional specialists, and other Business Process Managers to ensure integrity and consistency of the process model
  • Coordinating the pilot and driving the full rollout of the new process design for Sales & Operations planning and monthly business cycle globally together with the process and regional specialist
  • Ensuring the right training and change management approach during the pilot and rollout especially with the local sales companies
  • Driving holistic end-to-end-process improvement and monitoring of process performance incorporating the learnings of the implementation and feedback from both sales and operations
  • Responsible for documentation of Processes Level 4, Key Design Decisions, and User Stories
  • Responsible for the ongoing governance around the process design and shared service implementation, coordinating the changes globally to ensure continual harmonization

Your profile:

Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree and at least 6 years of concrete experience as expert for Demand-to-Supply business processes (is a must)
  • Very good business process understanding for Sales & Operations planning
  • Experience in driving implementation and continuous improvement of Sales & Operations planning and monthly business cycle
  • Experience in Process mapping tools like Nimbus or Signavio, S&OP tools like OMP or SAP IBP
  • Good project coordination and management skills
  • Ideally experienced in using respective SAP or other system solutions
  • Proactive leader with high commitment, clear communication skills, flexible and open-minded
  • Organized to work independently and responsible towards the project or cultural objectives
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
