Your Tasks
- Financial Management: Lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for manufacturing operations.
- Project Control: Oversee capital expenditure, cash flow, and financing, ensuring alignment with Treasury and Divisional Controlling.
- Cost Management: Monitor manufacturing costs, identify trends, and implement cost-control measures.
- Strategic Insights: Provide financial insights to drive decision-making and improve profitability.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory valuation and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with local management to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Accounting & Control: Maintain company accounts, sub-ledgers, and internal control systems.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and US government regulations, including tax accounting.
- Auditing & Reporting: Coordinate with external and internal auditors and prepare required reports.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or an equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in finance roles within the manufacturing industry, demonstrating a proven track record Ability to pass company post-employment physicals, controlled substance testing, and background/security checks as required.
