Your tasks
- Project Management: Oversee new product development, ensuring reliability, timelines, and cost alignment with specifications.
- Collaboration: Manage and evaluate internal and external development partners, focusing on expertise, efficiency, and quality.
- Meetings and Reporting: Organize core team meetings, workshops, and reviews, while managing documentation and reporting to management.
- Monitoring and Control: Track budgets, deadlines, and quality targets, taking corrective actions for any deviations.
- Standards and Improvement: Engage in requirements engineering, promote lessons learned, and refine local processes in alignment with global standards.
Your profile
- Educational Background: University degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent technical training with further education.
- Professional Experience: 2 –6 years in managing new product development projects, ideally in a multidisciplinary industrial setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and SAP suite (production).
- Project Management Expertise: Familiarity with best practices, including PMI methodologies, scheduling, and risk management (both project and product-related, e.g., DFMEA, PFMEA); Structured, independent, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in public presentations.
- Languages: Proficiency in Italian and English.
