- Assess and analyze the Indonesian market and identify the "pockets" where GF should appoint distributors.
- Set the qualification criteria for appointing distributors.
- Search for and appoint new distributors.
- Onboard new distributors.
- Develop commercial and operational policies for distributors.
- Handle legal, compliance, and audit processes related to distributors.
- Work with Sales Managers to build good teamwork between GF and distributors.
- Support Sales Managers in building sales plans for each distributor.
- Set up a distributor performance management process, which includes KPIs, reviews, and rewards.
- Monitor distributor performance.
Your profile

- Job Requirements, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience through distributor channels in the industrial and municipal segments.
- Preferably experienced in the mining and utility markets.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally with an industrial product background.
- Prior experience working with multinational companies is an advantage.
- Familiarity with products such as heavy equipment, pumps, valves, process automation, HVAC, construction materials, mining products, lubricants, instrumentation, and water treatment solutions.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
